DIALOGUE TECHNOLOGIES OF STUDENT TRAINING IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the use of interactive technologies in teaching students. The definitions of the concept of "dialogue learning" were established. Dialogue training is a specially organized process of joint search for knowledge, in our case, when considering vocational training, this is a process of joint search for a solution to the task. The article emphasizes the advantage of interactive technologies, which consists in the fact that such forms of studies maximize the motivational component in students, which involves students in a joint solution of the problem. Dialogue expands the boundaries of what is learned not only through the exchange of information, but also by assessments, ideas, and hypotheses. The dialogue that has taken place is already a pedagogical result. Educational conditions are determined in which the dialogue is most productive. The principles of pedagogical interaction in the context of interactive learning are revealed. It was also noted that modern professional education is based on a competent approach. Dialogue approach gives students the necessary freedom to choose the path and ways of activity, helps to gain independence in the performance of work, which is so necessary in the framework of the competence approach. In interactive learning, the teacher plays the role of an adviser. He builds a trusting relationship, thus, as between the teacher and students, implements the principle of openness. We have indicated the rules on which the teacher should rely.
