SOME ASPECTS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Leadership is a fundamental function of management. It can be depicted as a system of influencing people so that their activities contribute to the achievement of organizations goals. Leadership is also the ability to persuade colleagues to achieve the goals of an organization; therefore leadership is a part of manager workload. Motivational approaches aimed to the fulfillment of tasks can be described as one of the priority areas of manager's work. The aim of the submitted paper is to analyze the selected issues in the field of human resource management with a focus on the area of public administration. The article uses logic and cognitive methods, description and graphic representation.
