EMIGRATION TO THE EUROPEAN STATES AND SECURITY THREATS
Abstract
Emigration represents both an opportunity and a challenge for the EU. International migration is growing in scope, complexity and has a serious impact - both positive and negative - on the EU and the Member States. Migration is a complex process with a multinational character that cannot be managed unilaterally or bilaterally only, but through an effective management beneficial to everyone involved and considering its changing characteristics. Within this context, the migration policies of countries change depending on global economic developments, political situations, the influence of various factors: natural, social, etc.
