EVERYDAY HABITS AND VALUES OF HEALTHY LIFE AS A SOCIAL PRACTICE
Abstract
This article is connected with main problem of dynamic social practices and their relationships with everyday means of life. Health of society and a person are connected through culture practices. The main goal of research is investigation of a social typical opinions and behavior of people as social actors who can understand reasons and consequences their usual activity. The research based on results of sociological research of 418 people (citizen of Yekaterinburg). We used questions about meanings of healthy food, social resources, ways of healthy life, social economic characteristics and self-identifications of social class. Results analysis grounded on connections between meanings about healthy practice at practices and self-estimates of well-being and social self-identifications. The analysis is discovered four types of Image of Healthy Food as Practical, Rational, Traditional and Abstract food meanings. The most important factor is responsibility and rational disposition of a person. If he wants to use social resources and can self-develop, so he also has enough rational skills for daily life. The research is concluded that practice and values of "healthy life and food" are not accidental. They have deep social roots this phenomenon. Images of a Healthy Life and Healthy Food are indicators of overall social practice, which cause limits of individual experiences. We tried to understand social mentality practice of rational way of healthy life.
