METHODOLOGICAL ISSUES OF RANGING SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT.
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of methods of innovative development evaluation in social and economic systems. The comparative analysis of methods of innovative development evaluation is carried out. The study identified a number of problems in the metrology of innovative development ratings. The analysis revealed a set of identical indicators characterizing this process at the macro, meso and micro levels. Most of these indicators are aimed at the innovative component evaluation in developed countries. But they do not take into account the specific features of developing countries. It is obvious that the estimated content of innovative development and innovative potential will differ in different countries and at different levels. It is impossible to approach to the innovative development evaluation of the country and the region in the same way. It is concluded that it is quite difficult to create a universal method for innovative development evaluation. This is due to many factors and problems listed.
