Abstract

The need to improve educational organizations has exceeded the limit of experimental knowledge and perceptible reality, the knowledge transcends, through a conceptual shift, the reordering of other areas of impact, with major importance in society. Ensuring a clear vision of educational organizations has become a chronic disease that affects the effectiveness of education in the 21st century and safety and stability are now acute diseases that inhibit creativity and new thinking. In order to achieve its objectives, this study addresses the perspective of exercising the managerial act remotely, to ensure both motivation and enthusiasm. The authors used a series of methodological activities, including literature reporting, problem identification, selection process, synthesis, idea formulation, suggestions and models in response to the current situation, which constrains and forces reinvention to create the ideal desired scenario. The result of this research is a realistic scenario which corresponds to the evolution of the external environment, regardless of whether it is favorable or not.
