Abstract

The aim is to construct a functional model of a centralized admission campaign in Russian universities. As a research tool used methodology for functional modelling IDEF0. The main result was the functional model, decomposed into blocks "Enter data in the federal information system to ensure the state final examination and receiving", "Carry the exam and the state final exams", "Enter the competition results", "Carry entrance examinations in higher educational institutions", "Conduct national competition". The model is different in that it is based on the idea of combining the reception procedure in the Russian Federation, institutions of higher education within the framework of a unified information system based on existing federal information systems. The practical implementation of this model will reduce the costs of universities to support their own information systems, strengthen the enforcement of individual claims Russian legislation in the field of higher education; implement the most open and transparent in relation to the applicants the way of competitive selection.
