Abstract

Integration interaction, various forms of integration and its participants are of great interest to Russian and foreign economists, researchers of the sectoral, regional, national and world economy. Integration of industrial enterprises is largely determined by economic and social institutions, adaptation to changes is a key condition for the viability, stability and efficiency of the functioning and development of integration structures in industry. The development of mechanisms for the functioning of industrial enterprises, both individually and on an integration basis, allows the formation of stable economic and financial-economic relations between potential participants in the reproduction process, consolidating economic resources and competencies, and ultimately ensuring a high level of competitiveness of Russian industry. At the same time, the presence of a significant number of studies on the mechanisms of the functioning of integrated structures does not cover the urgent and persistent need to search for, develop and adapt increasingly sophisticated approaches, taking into account the particular organization and the internal structure of enterprises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological provisions and the instrumental and methodological apparatus for developing and adapting to the modern and promising conditions of management the mechanisms for the functioning of integrated structures in industry. Achievement of the goal set in the study predetermined the solution of the following tasks: to reveal known approaches and synthesize the author's methodical approach to the development and adaptation of mechanisms for the functioning of integrated structures in the industry, taking into account modern conditions and factors; to justify the concept of developing and adapting mechanisms for the functioning of integrated structures in industry and to work out its main elements. The research has found application of a set of general scientific and specific methods, such as methods of system analysis, sociological research. Analyzed the development of domestic and foreign authors, factual and empirical material. As a result of the study, the authors developed a methodical approach to the development and adaptation of the mechanism of functioning of integrated structures in industry, characterized by the invariant nature of the association. The results of scientific research are brought to the level of practical conclusions, regulations and recommendations that can be used in the management of industrial enterprises in improving processes, methods and models for the development and implementation of economic mechanisms for the operation of processing enterprises and enterprises of the electronic industry when they are integrated.
