THE ROLE OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT AND STATE SUPPORT IN THE INNOVATION STRATEGY OF RUSSIAN COMPANIES
Abstract
In the past few years, scientists from different countries examines the factors affecting the competitiveness of high-tech industries. Much attention is paid in the literature to scientific and technical progress and the effects that it receive from developed countries. In developing countries, the effects of new technologies arise very late. This is because developing countries do not have sufficient technological capabilities and dynamic capabilities. The development of these countries is due to borrowing of new technologies and knowledge from developed countries. In this article, we try to level the theoretical data to identify the factors that most strongly influence the activities related to the borrowing and production technologies technology.
