CULTUROLOGICAL INTERPRETATION OF SPIRITUAL TRADITIONS OF MUSIC AS METHOD OF POLYCULTURAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The aim of the work is to identify the actual contents and methods of training future music teachers for professional activities in a multicultural educational environment. Object of research: the bases, an entity of a method of culturological interpretation of spiritual traditions of music and results of its implementation in musical and educational process. The main form of introducing different layers of society to the traditions and values of the peoples of the world is intercultural dialogue and joint work creating conditions for spiritual mutual enrichment of the subjects involved in the educational process. Spiritual-value orientations of musical art were formed during the historical relationship of religious institutes and society. The spiritual traditions of the musical arts reflect the experiences of the relationship of man to the fundamental principle of spiritual-value orientations, the transmission means of which are: spiritual music – sacred and authentic, spiritual professional music, secular professional music on religious themes and other works belonging to the appropriate imagery-semantic and ethical-philosophical sphere. Cultural interpretation of the spiritual traditions of music contributes to the understanding of the artistic image of the work in comparison with other samples of culture and the phenomena of a social medium as a holistic phenomenon of the dialogic nature. Thus occurs the identification of common and special, revealing the barriers of the music art perception as a problematic situation of intercultural interaction, a reflection and self-development of the interpreter. Pedagogical experiment on mastering of this method by future music teachers was carried out for five years on the basis of Kazan Federal University. Positive dynamics of development of abilities of students for professional work in a multicultural musical and educational environment in the totality of the results of diagnostics ranged from 10 to 20%.
