KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: PLACE AND ROLE IN THE INNOVATION ECONOMICS, CONCEPTION, PRACTICE
Abstract
The article considers questions of conceptual aspects in developing of knowledge management theory. The relevance of the article is due to development of innovational economics and necessity to create and to implement the knowledge management system as its component. The purpose of article is to develop theoretical and practical provisions about place and role of knowledge management at the enterprise in conditions of new economic functioning. In the study, authors designed the theoretical and practical nature of knowledge management system. The importance of intellectual capital is shown as the determining element of enterprise economics. The process of creation of new information model of knowledge management system and also the information model of subject area business objects were developed. Some strategies for implementation procedures of the process in the case of retail financial services virtual organization were defined.
