BUILDING ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES THROUGH THE LEARNING PROCESS IN SME: THE BENEFITS OF TRAININGS ORGANISED FOR COMPANIES’ EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The article aims to evaluate the benefits of the trainings offered in the market after identifying the circumstances of increasing the competence in small and medium enterprises. The findings on how those who organise trainings can achieve a higher return on investments allocated to human resource development are presented in the article. Organizations must create a fair environment of sharing of the newly acquired knowledge between the employees and organize feedback after training, which would allow evaluating the effectiveness of the trainings in the development of competencies of the employees and the company better. To carry out the research such methods as analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, analysis of secondary data, content analysis, survey in writing using the questionnaire developed by the authors were used.
