THE PRINCIPLES OF CIVIL PROCEDURES AND INSTRUMENTS FOR EFFICIENCY OF THE CASE HEARING. THE PROCEDURAL SANCTIONS.

Abstract

The efficiency and time saving constantly are actual subjects of the civil procedures and for solutions of civil disputes. The civil procedural principles and procedural sanctions are those aspects which should ensure the efficiency of hearing of civil disputes in courts. The author of this article is civil rights lawyer and has of many years standing practice experience. This article analysis the procedural principles and instruments which one are stipulated in civil procedural law in Republic of Latvia and Republic of Lithuania to increase the efficiency of case hearing in courts. For comparing author takes the procedural principles and instruments stipulated in civil procedure law of the Russian Federation basically for the reason that the Baltic states historically were under the influence of Russia, however more than twenty years the directions of development has been different. For this article author using analysis and comparative methods, as well as authorВ’s gives her own conclusions relating the efficiency of the procedural principles and instruments and procedural sanctions. This article should be useful and practice material for everyone who are interested in development of tendencies of the civil procedural rights and principles in Baltic states.
