Abstract

Many issues are connected with the ecological security of the state. This institution is a good example of the complexity of the relationship between the instruments of legal protection of the environment that create it. The aim of this paper is to consider the connections between planning instruments related to the functioning of the legal institution of ecological security in the system of environmental law. In the process of implementing environmental policy in the Polish State, ensuring ecological security, a special role is played by various instruments in the form of plans, policies, strategies and programs. The basic research method used in the paper is based on a comprehensive and universal analysis of the normative material of Polish law. Views featuring in the literature are also presented.
