FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SUBSIDIARY INDUSTRIAL DIVISIONS OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES OF RUSSIA IN THE FRAMEWORK OF COOPERATION
Abstract
The article presents the elements of the management concept for the development of subsidiary industrial subdivisions of agrarian enterprises. The development of ancillary units (subdivisions) is supposed to be carried out through the organization of cooperatives with their participation, with the participation of other legal entities, peasant (farmer) households, representatives of private subsidiary farms possessed by the population. Subsidiary units of agrarian enterprises are given the main role. The proposed model of a cooperative subdivision is presented in the form of a "managed system" that has a subsystem that implements the functions and a subsystem which provides functioning. A three-level system for managing the development of the subsidiary industrial subdivisions of agrarian enterprises is proposed in accordance with the administrative-territorial division of the state. The basis of the system is the first level – municipal, the second level is regional, the third one is the federal level. In structural organizations with a great number of participants, the issues of assessing the personal effectiveness of cooperative members and their contribution to overall efficiency are quite important. The efficiency estimation model is proposed in the form of a system of indicators of sales and total costs profitability, the direction of factor analysis of profitability.
