Abstract
Currently, the business is considered a key factor for economic growth and development. In this context, it should vigorously address the determinants that affect business activities and hinder its development. This issue is pertracted in different dimensions at the global and national levels and the results of the examination are contained in databases and scientific studies. The source of these data is from 1999 and the project Global Entrepreneurship Monitor - GEM, where the core of the research lies in the national team as an independent research associations whose outcomes we have chosen for the analysis of the problems. GEM is a research project based on a comprehensive socio-economic investigation business. The paper has pointed out that the business activity is not an act of an individual, but is realized in cooperation with the environment in which it is conducted. At the same time, this activity is the result of interactions among individual perceptions of opportunities and environmental conditions in which it operates. The paper theoretically reflects the areas that produce changes in the business environment and describes trends from the perspective of several authors. There have been applied these research methods: synthesis, analysis, reasoning and comparison on theoretical and application levels according to the data of the secondary GEM from 2012; 2013; 2014.
