SPECIFICS OF CHILDREN COMMUNICATION AND ONLINE AGGRESSORS WITHIN THE ONLINE ASSAULTS ON CHILDREN (ANALYSIS OF SELECTED UTTERANCES)
Abstract
This paper focuses on the specific features of the communication of children in the Internet communication platforms (especially social networks), in situations where the child communicates with an unknown Internet aggressor. The paper describes the forms of communication in the various stages of an attack - from the initiation phase (in which the attacker makes contact with the child and seeks to gain his/her confidence), through manipulation stage (in which the attacker affects the opinions and attitudes of the child and try to get his/her intimate materials), to the attack phase (in which the perpetrator forces the children to a personal meeting, blackmail them etc.). A specific portion of the text is presented also by an analysis of the recording of communication between two strikers who do not know about each other and pretend they are children. Language material that was used in the context of the text was obtained from public and private cyber-attacks victimsВґ communications. Any information that could lead to the identification of the participants of communication have been adjusted. The analysis of utterances took place with the approval of the Ethics Committee, Palacky University in Olomouc.
