PERSON’S SOCIAL POTENTIAL AS RESOURCES OF OVERCOMING SOCIAL UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

The main problem of modern young peo ple is social change and indefinite cultural samples. We explored person's social potential in context of sociology. We investigated t heoretical concept of Person's Social Potential. We developed empirical model of sociological research. 16 -34 years old ci tizen, Yekaterinburg city, Russia. December 2013 - March 2014. Essential characteristic of social potential are abilities of constructing of ideal social projects, which is connected with social experience of a person. Social potential is a combined person al quality and social resources, which are useful for a person. It is a construct of self self-determinate social opportunities. So how the quality of life and a construct of social potential are related? Actually self self-related success and happiness are connec ted with ability to project own social goals and resources. Subjective design of success causes real opportunities of self self-development, overcoming social uncertainty and stress reduction. Positive abilities of social potential development are connected with tempting social goals as self self-determinate future social possibilities of a person. Social potential of a person is explained by subjective construct of social resources, future projects, and image of success. Social construct of personal potential is more than subjective self-related own future success. How personal social potential is characterized and connected with conditions at work, education, social and everyday life? We exercise the following position of our empirical model research. 1) The acces sibility of social resources for person as person’s attitude toward social resources. 2) The importance of social resources for person as social volume and space. 3) The person’s methods of activity as person’s tools for social experiments. 4) Person’s pla plans in to the future as social perspective and person’s possibilities. Social potential is determined by the conditions, social relationships in this environment. The most important characteristic of social potential is the ability to social constructive activities. High-level social potential of person is the way to overcome social psychological stress due to the own social creativity and activities.
