PECULIARITIES OF MOTIVATION OF PERSONNEL ON POST-VOLTAGE SPACE
Abstract
In modern socio-economic conditions the human factor plays a key role in any organization: effective management of human resources determines the market stability of the organization, the success of its functioning, the prospects for strategic development. The problem is urgent not only for the countries of the post-Soviet space, but also for countries with developed market economies. The authors of the article pay attention to the differences in the system of motivation in production enterprises and in the education system of Russia. The result of motivation is the search for new forms of labor productivity, which in industrial enterprises is expressed in an increase in the number of proposals for innovations. One of the priority areas for improving the system of vocational education is the improvement of the quality level of educational services, which is impossible without an effective motivation for the work of administrative, managerial and teaching staff. In the final result, the development of motivational programs ensures competitiveness in organizations of any form of ownership and any orientation. In the article features and problems are considered in motivation of work in the education system and at manufacturing enterprises, current directions are proposed for the formation of motivation and incentive programs.
