MYSTICAL AND TRANSPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AS A TRANSCULTURAL EXPERIENCE
Abstract
The contribution deals with the qualitative analysis of the mystical and transpersonal communication and phenomena. We have used research methods hermeneutics, phenomenology, interviews, participant observation and ethnography. Transpersonal phenomena occur from the beginning of the development of mankind and in every culture. We have found that they are bound by the modified, so called. a spiritual "We" states of consciousness, which corresponds to the activation of specific brain centers. For humans are natural, we are born with them, however, in the civilizated way of life, as a result of the dominance of rationality and individualism, we are fixed to the individual "I" states of consciousness. We have found that with these "I" states of consciousness development of egocentrism, and together they operate primarily is linked to the emergence of a wide range of mental and social disorders, known in our civilization. These failures do not occur in natural cultures, for which it is typical to use advanced "we" states of consciousness, and in which at the same time is not a developed egocentrism and individualism.
