Abstract

Article will include research of existing best practices of cooperation amongst High Education Institutions (HEIs), Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), science institutions and public. Continued with more recent research findings in project Nordic-Baltic Network for Internationalization of SMEs NOBANET and EKOSOC-LV State Research programme of Latvia, Part 5.2.2. Final findings will also include field research on most appropriate model for successful cooperation to improve education of 21st century entrepreneurs.
