RESEARCH ON THE USE OF TALENT MANAGEMENT, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND FORM OF ORGANIZATIONS
Abstract
The study focuses on the use of talent management, depending on the size and form of organizations in the Czech Republic. On a representative sample of 301 organizations, who use talent management, it was determined whether the use of talent management depends on the size of private organizations and whether the form of organization is influencing its application. The study is a part of a very extensive research completed in 2016, dealing with the effectiveness of talent management methods in the Czech Republic. It brings specific outcomes related to the use of talent management in small, medium and large private organizations and public organizations. The result is to find dependence between size, form of organization and usage of talent management. The study covers a whole range of organizations, including public organizations that are neglected in most of the current researches.
