Abstract

The present article looks into the issues of information economy development and methodology of enterprise management based on the functioning of new economy. The article is essentially topical as the new field of knowledge and new environment for enterprise management are being formed. The purpose of this article is drafting provisions on the subject of information economy and its impact on the whole range of enterprisesВ’ production and economic activities management. The authors have by way of research developed the methodology of process approach to enterprise management, the restructuring of enterprise with the use of business processes reengineering to follow on its basis. The functions of the process management system and the sequence of business processes reengineering project making have been defined. As regards the methods aspect, the framework of enterprise restructuring with the use of process approach and, on its basis, business processes reengineering with designing and implementation of process models at particular enterprises were developed.
