MANAGE THE CREATION AND PRESENTATION OF BEVERAGE MENUS IN FOODSERVICE OPERATIONS
Abstract
Creating a beverage menu requires a meticulous approach based on a solid understanding of customer preferences, current industry trends and the operational capabilities of the foodservice establishment. Menu presentation should be clear, concise and attractive to facilitate quick understanding of available options and to promote sales. One of the key points emphasized is that beverage menus are not just product listings, but true communication and marketing tools. They must reflect the identity and concept of the establishment, respond to the needs and preferences of customers, but also inspire and attract through their visual presentation and informative content. At the same time, the use of technology in menu presentation has become increasingly relevant in the digital age. Online platforms, mobile applications or interactive screens are just some of the ways that foodservice operations can present their menus in an efficient and attractive way, making it easier for customers to access information and improving their experience. The study also highlighted the key factors that contribute to the success of a beverage menu, including variety and balance of offerings, effective use of technology for presentation and promotion, and adaptability to ever-changing customer demands and preferences. At the same time, it highlighted the importance of complying with beverage information presentation rules and standards to ensure transparency and customer confidence in the products offered.
