ABOUT POSSIBILITY OF SEEKING VIRTUE
Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of the “scientific” view of morality, especially its results for philosophy, ethics, and a sense of education. The author considers implications of the thesis about the selfish and determined character of human behaviour and tries to show that these implications follow from a particular kind of interpretation, not from evolutionary and scientific views generally.
