THE EFFECT OF THE DIRECT ECONOMIC IMPACT ON EMPLOYEES' COMPENSATION WHICH ARISE IN ORGANIZING OF THE EVENT
Abstract
This paper focuses on the three areas focused on the regional economy. These areas mutually interact with and also impact each other. The first area is tourism, which includes the organisation of cultural events, in this paper, with a regional impact. The second area, which is linked to cultural events, the economic impacts that arise in organising such events. As these impacts are broken down into four basic parts are the effects on production, gross value added, employment and compensation of employees, only selected economic impact on compensation of employees, which forms the third area of contribution. The entire article is divided into three stages, which are mutually dependent in terms of time and results. Always must first meet one phase and its results can be used for further follow-up phase. The first stage was the primary research conducted at the end of the cultural events. This primary research concerned on the one hand, the event's visitors and on the other side of the event organisers. The aim was to obtain information on how to increase due to a cultural event the amount of money in the economy. The second stage of the processing and purification obtained information about the financial expenses. It was also necessary to choose the distribution of commodities according to the official EU and assign the corresponding expenses. For these commodities was necessary to calculate the coefficients relating to the +compensation of employees. The third final stage was based on the observed data, recalculating the total direct impact on the economy. The impact of the economy can be divided into direct, indirect and cumulative. This paper deals only with direct implications for which it is possible to establish further research. The paper should serve as a guide to calculate the impact in any organisation, whether cultural or sporting events.
