Abstract

The turbulent global environment intensively is changing the paradigm of managing organizations. Changes initiated visionary and proactive corporate coding based on permanent organizational learning based on quality management talents, knowledge and change. The experience of developed economies in the world shows that the functioning of modern organizations is not effective without implementing the system of management of intellectual capital. If the organization prefers to become a learning organization, then it must permanently invest in improving the competences of employees. This scientific paper is focused on the analysis of the training needs of managers and employees in the learning organizations. The questionnaire was designed in order to identify indicators of the managers' level of creativity and innovation in the public sector in the Republic of Macedonia, the process of managing change as well as in the frequency of safety and realization of trainings in order to improve corporate competencies.
