THE LEADERSHIP OF XXI CENTURY – ANSWERS FOR THE GLOBALIZING SOCIETIES
Abstract
In the presented report are exploited the results of research at the Center for Creative Leadership (USA) as well as some observations of the author, which confirm the changing nature of leadership. The older models give way to a new concepts and theories, such as super-leadership, spiritual visionary, connected leadership, etc. Along with that we are witnessing a new phenomenon – mass movements without personalized leadership, such as “The Indignant”, “Occupy”, “Anonymous”. An attempt to „measure” and assess the viability of the listed leadership models and transformations in response to the question „What kind of leadership we are need of in the twenty-first century?” The author states and his own view on the matter – The Political Apostleship as a way to solve the problems of the nowadays and future societies.
