THE IMPACT OF GLOBAL WARMING, HEAT ISLAND AND CLIMATE CHANGE; AND THE NEED OF FINANCING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RENEWABLES

Abstract

Conventional energy sources are, at the same time, the source of global warming, heat island, atmospheric distortion, green house effect, carbon emission, growing scarcity of water, the Climate Change and more damages to our mother earth. In this research, we will be discussing the following issues together with possible sample cases such as (1) negative results and reasons of these dangerous developments to our World and our Future; (2)the measures the governments should take, financing bodies should consider, international organizations should promote, and non-governmental organizations should put forward to the attention of the societies;(3) the approaches by various governments and institutions; (4) the transformation of the energy sector into a new form, saving our lovely mother earth from the lost into the space; (5) the new forms of energy production through the usage of clean and renewable energy sources of wind, solar, geothermal, tidal, wave and beachcomber by all of which we would have a cleaner, safer, healtier future World; (6)the opposition to such improvements by fuel-sourced energy producers; (7) the cost of cleaner energy and cleaner World;(8)financing this cost and promotion and incentives for the investments of renewable energy plants; (9)Turkey’s approach and implementation in renewable energy development.
