REGIONAL POLITICAL LEADERSHIP AND PUBLIC EXPERTISE IN THE INTERNAL AGENDA OF CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA
Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to actualize study of the features of regional political leadership positioning from the point of view of the possibilities of its transformation in the modern information society of Russia. It is suggested that the role of public expertise is growing in modern Russia, and, moreover, becomes an operative institution for the co-governance of social and political processes in the regions of the Russian Federation. The authors of the article consider aspects of regional political leadersВ’ interaction and public experts from the positions of applied political science. Emphasizing the importance of present public examination analysis for the scientific community it is first actualized the interaction of political leaders with public experts in the regional political process in Russia. The authors conclude that at the present, public expertise unites, firstly, the basic models of choice and political decision-making and, secondly, the methods of political participation of actors in the public sphere in the practices of their communication with the authorities.
