PROMOTING THE PRINCIPLES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, A NEW CONCEPT REGARDING THE EXIT FROM INSOLVENCY
Abstract
The key to any organization's success lies in the establishment of a proper objective set by the leadership in order to find the best and the cheapest solution to achieve success. This work aims the presentation of the role that various management models of a corporation have within the world economic assembly, in general and within the national economies, in particular. The debate of this subject, in this work, is mainly due to the timeliness of the concept of "corporate governance" and also due to the importance of a company's leadership in the context of the latest radical transformations in the world economy and, consequently, in the context of the public sector with respect to the application of corporate governance in the insolvency law. Corporate governance is a concept with a very wide connotation, which includes: ethics, social responsibility; good business practices; control activities. Proper application of the principles of Corporate Governance is essential for the commercial companies who want to exit insolvency.
