CLUSTER CUBES AS A NEW REALITY OF THE SIX TECHNOLOGY STRUCTURE

Abstract

Global trends indicate the approach of the sixth technological structure, which will significantly affect socio-economic situation in a whole world, what may remake global economy structure. The article is dedicated to research the kind of structure changes, which will take place in new technological structure and the methods of reflections on it. The article is dedicated to research interregional interaction as a one of the basic factors of economic efficiency in the sixth technological structure. There is the overview of current approaches for estimation of the regional contribution in national economy. The article raise question of the necessity of estimation system development, which will calculate positive influence of the region on another one and the synergy effect as well. In the work a hypothesis is put forward. ItВ’s idea is what the industries with the bigger added value are more influenced by the level of interregional interaction. The hypothesis is examined in the article by the method of factor analysis performed in Gretl software. Using the least squares method, two regression models were constructed: 1. Influence of the interregional interaction on the industries with low added value level; 2. Influence of the interregional interaction on the industries with high added value level. The first regression model revealed absence of the dependence between number of companies in industry and level of interregional interaction. The second regression model revealed the dependence between number of companies in industry and level of interregional interaction. Results of the analysis let us conclude what the level of interregional interaction is more significant for industries with higher added value level. The article also raise question of interaction of different sciences and industries as one of characteristic of new technology structure. The article raise the matter of the necessity of creation the mechanisms, which will facilitate interregional cross-science and cross-industry interaction. It is proposed to create the complex clusters structures, which will coordinate innovation development, as the basic instrument.
