BETTER LIFE INDEX AS A POSSIBLITIY OF MEASURING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY
Abstract
In order to economic growth has been not vague concept, we need a tool that will measure whether the country is moving in the path of sustainable development or, on the contrary, the situation in the country is getting worse and development reflects the change in the quantitative dimensions, or is the result of qualitative changes. The latest attempt at international level to present the best of the range of comparable and comprehensive set of indicators of well-being indicators is involved in the better life index, which was based on the experience of the last 10 years, leading to contemplate better ways to measure growth and identify key issues which are essential for well-being in material living conditions and quality of life.
