Abstract

The social dimension of state culture and art at the regional level is an important task of the state and involves the assessment of the quality of services once a year for several cultural organizations. We propose a unified model of independent assessment of the quality of services of organizations of culture using the automated information system of accounting of three metrics: opinions of recipients of services, and the availability of information on two official websites of the organization. The results of the independent scores for each organization are posted on the official websites of state authorities. Cultural institutions develop plans to improve the quality of services and ensure their implementation. This information has a unique character and is of scientific interest for cross-cultural research at various levels.
