“FOREIGN LANGUAGE” IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION WITH INCLUSIVE COMPONENT

Abstract

The priority of universal values, life and health of a person, free development of personality finds reflection both in organization of educational process that strengthens attention to a problem of education humanization and personalization of training. In this regard the inclusion becomes one of the priority directions of modernization of modern education in changing Russia. In article the task of finding of new means and methods in training of deaf and hearing-impaired students in discipline “English” is set. On the basis of retrospective analysis of special literature the status of discipline “Foreign language” in higher education institution with an inclusive component, also educational opportunities of information and communication technologies (ICT) in training foreign language of deaf and hearing-impaired students are defined. In conclusion the necessity of creation of the system providing quality education and effective socialization of young people irrespective of their place of residence and health state reveals that assumes individualization of educational process, development of adapted programs and introduction of modern information and communication technologies and electronic training in organization of educational process in higher education institution.
