Abstract

Studying of the motivational mechanisms determining our activity is actualised again in line with those problems which exist in modern society on the way of realization of civil ideals. Reasoning about positive motivation under the conditions of society modernization, we can speak about the necessity of striving for motivational balance, which is reflected in the balanced external and internal conditions for the development of harmonious personality. Balanced conditions do not mean quiet conditions without movement and dynamic change. Balance is the ability to correlate biological and social both in ourselves and in society, taking the mind as the basic unit of each action, because without mind the relevance of both biological necessities and social certainties are devoid of execution logic. In fact, the motivational balance is a holistic system of mechanisms of awareness and exploration of capabilities for both the implementation and limitations of human needs. In this regard, civil society is possible only under conditions of conscious maturity of the persons and the society. Addressing to psychology ideas of incentive and ideal factors and based on substantsional - active approach in social philosophy it is possible to assume that activity of the subject has to be directed on formation of the positive motivation assuming improvement both of personal merits, and living conditions for the benefit of itself and societies.
