SOCIAL POLLUTION FACTORS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON PSYCHOSOCIAL WELLBEING AT WORK
Abstract
This research deals with the issue of social pollution practices, expressed in reducing the level of welfare and deterioration of physical and psych osoci al wellbeing of workers and other members of social community triggered by enterprises. The purpose of this paper is detection of the most sig nificant components of social pollution, which require control in order to decrease its development and influence on the wellbeing of the workers. On the basis of literature review was elaborated the classification of social pollution factors. The v erifica tion of the elements of social pollution included in the classification was carried out on the basis of empirical analysisanalysis,that was conducted in two stage by different research methods. The findings give evidence that some toxic factors of the organization al environment can be observed in varying degrees in the activity of any organization, regardless of the scope of its operation. The elaboration of recommendations to reduce the influence of investigated factors on social pollution requires an additional r esearch and could be a suggestion for future research research.
