PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONALISM IN TERMS OF ACMESYNERGETIC SELF-REALIZATION OF THE STUDENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
Pedagogical professionalism is analyzed from the position of the acmesynergetic self-realization methodology. Within the framework of this methodology, the article focuses on the importance of developing a nonlinear development of the creative subsystem of the personality that possesses the qualities of synergetic systems, which opens up new opportunities for self-improvement. Self-improvement is realized through the use of their internal capabilities, which is represented by a structural and functional model of the creative development of the individual. The authors point out that the creative development of the individual, ensured by the individual educational trajectory of the student, can be effective in the process of interaction with the creative environment that includes purposeful educational activity with a set of pedagogical disciplines, manifested in the transition from management to self-management, from development under the influence of external factors to self-development under the influence of internal factors.
