THE HOLY SEE AS A SOFT POWER ACTOR
Abstract
Vatican diplomacy will play important role in international relations, where is a significant source as a soft power. As follows from casustics herein, the Pope might be a great mediator in some stages of conflicts. However, we have to take into consideration some limitations. The Pope's power is not equally all over the world due to particular religion strength. If we are talking about Vatican diplomacy, it is necessary to define, what it is. Unfortunately, differences between Vatican City State and the Holy See are very often mistaken. Due to these circumstances, we have to clarify it.
