FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCE OF NEWCOMERS TO THE UNIVERSITY TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF INTERCULTURAL INTERACTION
Abstract
The represented article is devoted to the investigation of conditions for the developing of the pedagogical experience of newcomers to the university teachers in the process of intercultural interaction and improvement of the training of newcomers to the university teachers for intercultural interaction. The analysis of the scientific literature declares that named issue has not yet obtained the sufficient theoretical substantiation in pedagogical literature and viable practical fulfilment. As a result, the problem of developing ways, conditions and methods for the successful formation of the pedagogical experience of newcomers to the university teachersobtains particular topicality. The scientific novelty of the research is that the condition for the developing of the pedagogical experience of newcomers to the university teachers in the process of intercultural interaction is emphasized and justified, and is containing in the necessity for a developed socio-cultural competence, formed national and ethnic self-awareness and cultural consciousness of the individual and cultural personal identity. The methodological basis has beenarranged by the work of scientists exploring the problems of the professional formation of the personality, the professional formation of the young teacher, ideas of alignment and interpenetration of variable cultures and systems of education. The article emphasizes the necessity for adequate interactive and contextual knowledge that allows overcoming the impact of stereotypes and adapting to the fluctuating conditions of communicative interaction in contact with representatives of variable cultures. This research has a practice-oriented nature, its main provisions and conclusions may be applied inelaboration of ways, conditions and methods for the successful formation of the pedagogical experience of newcomers to the university teachers in the process of intercultural interaction.
