ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC TRENDS IMPROVING THE ENTERPRISE READINESS TO CHANGES
Abstract
The article investigates main organizational and economic trends improving the enterprise readiness to implement changes such as the elements of change management concept, the elements of changes in organization structure, the instruments of overcoming changes resistance. The object of the research is organizational and economic relationship appearing during change management process. The goal of the article is to elaborate the main items of change management concept regulations. The methods for the research are systems analysis, methods of expert judgments, economic and mathematical modeling.
