CONTINUOUS FORMATION OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE TEACHER

Abstract

cational space carry out the research of continuous training of teachers. To this end, a number of directions of experimental work are implemented: formation of psychologi-cal and psychodiagnostic culture of the teacher, formation of the creative person of the teacher, formation of teacher's professionalism. The article presents experimental data on the implementation of the system of formation of professionalism at the stage of university training and in the work with the teachers at school. Experimental data proved the effectiveness of such a work of the university, which includes several areas: focus on the overall professional culture; humanization of relations between teachers and students; personal approach; organization of self-knowledge, personal and professional self-development of students; stimulating their creativity on the basis of learning psychodiagnostic; training technology of solutions problematic psycho pedagogical tasks. The effectiveness of the further development of teachers' professionalism is ensured by including them in innovative and experimental activities for the collective solution of specific problems of pupils. These activities are updated by the need for self-improvement of professional qualities of teachers associated with adequate knowledge and understanding of the pupils and psychological sense of educational influences. The proposed system of continuous professional development of teachers deemed suc-cessful by scientists from other universities of Russia (Kursk, Orel, Tula, and others) and can be further spread.
