HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BENCHMARKING
Abstract
Research purpose is to highlight institutional collaboration importance in two Europeean Union countries military structures, meaning France and Germany. Organization performance depends in many ways. One of them is human resource. In military organization there are some particularities, there are many challenges and we want to underline the importance of taking the right decision regarding human resouce development. In our days there are a lot of important factors who must be account of. Are here strengths or weaknesses? What are the solutions? It's a right decision to take the opportunities? These are some questions that we want to answer in this article.
