CASE STUDY REGARDING PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Abstract
This paper aims to address practical issues materialized in a case study on human resources performance in a Romanian construction entreprise. This choice was favoured by the results much improved which the organization has had in recent years. Every economic activity requires naturally steps to be conducted for its development, namely: forecasting, organization, coordination, training and control, and strict enforcement of research and development functions such as manufacturing, trade, finance, accounting and human resources. Of the four categories of resources with which organizations operate (human, financial, material, informational), human resources must represent, in each entrepreneur's view, most important and decisive resource for an activity. Human resources activity should be encouraged, motivated and controlled in order to successfully close the “loop” of activities. Without a proper assessment, the entity may face unwanted loss or failure for the entire organization.
