THE MODERN MARKET OF HOTEL SERVICES OF SAINT PETERSBURG AGGLOMERATION
Abstract
The article describes the market of hotel services in the modern period in St. PETERSBURG and Leningrad region. Regional market instruments and their influence on the market structure change are considered. The volume of the market of hotel services in the conditions of the existing external factors is presented. An attempt is made to identify trends and patterns of development of the hotel services market, to explore the relationship of social, economic, demographic, environmental and other social phenomena and processes on the dynamics of the market. The process of achieving economic efficiency of p, achieving social results is revealed, the efficiency at the micro - and macro-level is evaluated. The indicators of the social effect of the market, typical strategies of the company in the market, pricing strategies are given.
