THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY OF STUDENTS IN E-LEARNING
Abstract
Modern society requires specialists ready to develop and implement innovative, unconventional ideas, but the problem is the complexity of e-learning developmental plan. There are several perspective solutions in terms of e learning. The authors self-reflective technology (self-examination development) was substantiated as a set of methods, tools and techniques that intensify the process of self-discovery and self-development in a media environment. Main features and structural composition of modular multimedia complex are defined. Predictable result is a self-organized personal system of theoretical knowledge about the phenomenon of creativity. It’s destined for self-conclusions and reasoning in the process of self-discovery. Diagnostic research program was developed on the basis of multi-level matching [7] and included means of various basic and advanced psychognosis instruments (T- data), self-esteem (Q - data), expert assessments (L- data). The supplemented products of creativity (creative projects) research allowed to acquire the goals of research, taking into account various factors and to monitor the dynamics of creativity among students.
