LIFELONG LEARNING OF ARTS TEACHER IN THE TRAINING SYSTEM
Abstract
Providing opportunities of lifelong learning is the actual problem of modern system of training in the field of education. The last research to achieve the lifelong learning allowed to set that it is not only the articulation between all the existing institutions with administrative measures which could include high school and training system. The matter of this appearance is providing for individ the problem area for a continuous process of self-realization and creative self-development. In our research work the main task was the providing the continuous for lifelong learning. For this purpose we used the project method for activation the self-realization in the process of research activity for the solution of different problems that appears in the professional occupation of each of participants. The basis of the research work was the Kazan Federal University where the courses of improvement of qualification of arts teachers were conducted. The participants of study were the arts teachers from secondary schools who teaches such subjects as the music and the world artistic culture. In the process of learning all participants divided into several groups of 4-5 people. For the each of group the teacher set the task that which was been links with the own professional experience of participants. When they were founded the solutions they need in active self-study. All members of these groups were founded the information about the subject, analyzed and created new ideas for the realization on practice. As a result of work participants have made pedagogical projects. They presented them at the final protection in the form of the report with presentations. According to the results of conducted work the conclusion was made about the successful implementation of the project method. It is possible to stimulate creative activities of teachers aimed at finding innovative solutions to problems related to their own professional activities. Thus was accomplished the task to create the conditions of lifelong learning to provide the arts teachers the area for free creative self-realization.
