OPTIMIZATION OF COMPETENCIES OF PERSONNEL POSITIONS IN PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES
Abstract
The protection of life, health and property of individuals is now in the center of public interest. Without distinction, whether private or public sector secures the providing of such protection. Private security services plays an important role in protection of persons and property. The subject of protection is not only persons and property, but also sensitive information, which are relevant for the state interest or business entities. Based on research, private security service are not systematically selecting employees. One of the reason is the absence of an analysis of candidates' personal competencies depending on the requirements of protected interest. The main aim of the article is therefore a design of a software solution for modeling the personal competencies of applicants for providing private security. During design of software solution into account has been taken the specifics of the protected interest, the personal positions in the private security service, the legal acts of the Slovak Republic and the interrelationship between them. The software solution is intended for use in personnel department of private security services, state administration and European Security Branch Organisations Club.
