EXPLORING INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES: THE IMPACT OF ICT ON EDUCATION AND DIGITAL RIGHTS WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to conceptualize the conceptual dimensions of the international experience of the impact of ICT on education in the context of digital development. While researching this article, we used the following scientific research methods: axiological, systemic, synergistic, and Agile methods, which allowed us to comprehensively study the impact of ICT on education. The concepts of the impact of ICT on international education, based on effective methods of digital learning, are analyzed. The international experience of forming a digital educational ecosystem model as an innovative paradigm of technological development that prefers innovative and entrepreneurial education is revealed. The subject of the study is the impact of ICT on various areas of international education. It is concluded that the paradigmatic changes in international education help to stimulate innovation, form a competitive specialist, and solve the problems of improving the impact of ICT on education. The study of the international experience of the impact of ICT on education in the context of digital development is important for the future development of education and preparation of society for the requirements of modern digital development of the “digital decade”.
