APPLICATION OF SELF-HELP SYSTEM IN SPORTS SHOOTING CLASSES FOR HARD OF HEARING STUDENTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the application of the auto-hypno-ideomotor system (AHIM) for training shooters-students with hearing impairment. The purpose of the study is to test the proposed method of using the AHIM system in the training and competition process of shooters-students with hearing impairment. The object of research is the training and competition process of shooters-students with hearing impairment. The subject of the research is related to the study and application of the AHIM system for shooting students with hearing disorders. Tasks: selection of the formula of psycho-muscular training (PMT), which is the basis of the AHIM of shooters-students with hearing impairment; testing of a complex of psycho-regulation exercises to increase the effectiveness of training and competitive activities of shooters-students with hearing impairment. Research methods: analytical-analysis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis of the obtained data; survey and experimental methods-pedagogical and scientific experiment was conducted. Main results: the results of the experiment proved the beneficial effect of the method on the performance of shooters with hearing impairment, who used the AHIM system in their training. Significance: the scope of the AHIM system is its effectiveness in the training and educational process of hard-of-hearing students, and it is also recommended to use this system in many other sports.
